Mission Statement

Millie’s Childminding Centre Crèche and Playgroup (MCCCP) provides a safe, affordable and high quality child care environment for preschool and school age children. Our focus is to provide a stimulating early care and education experience which promotes each child's social/emotional, physical and cognitive development. Our goal is to support children's desire to be life-long learners. In doing so, we support families in their efforts to reach their goals.

Philosophy

At MCCCP we believe that each child develops not alone, but with their family and other individuals within the child’s environment; the wider cultural and learning communities. We recognise the importance of family and cultural values and seek to work in reciprocal and responsive partnerships with parents/carers, supporting the aspirations of parents/carers for their children.  We aim to create continuity between the setting and the children’s home environment.
